 Compensation: $1000/month + Performance Bonus

We’re a US-based e-commerce company seeking a Social Media Intern to strengthen our online presence and support our sales funnel through engaging, high-performing content. If you're fluent in Gen Z-style storytelling and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, read on.

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Pitch creative ideas using trending audio, formats, and visual styles
  • Design branded visuals using Canva or similar tools
  • Plan and manage the social media calendar
  • Write compelling captions, research hashtags, and analyze performance metrics
  • Confidently appear on-camera in English for lifestyle and product-focused videos
  • Monitor competitor content and digital trends
  • Engage in real-time with customers via live chat and direct messages, providing prompt and friendly responses to drive sales and satisfaction

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Confident and authentic on camera
  • Strong grasp of TikTok/Gen Z content styles (memes, humor, punchy editing)
  • Active presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Threads, and X
  • Experience with tools like Notion, Meta Business Suite, or Later is a plus
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.)
  • Comfortable with live customer communication via chat platforms
  • Available for brief weekly remote check-ins
